Buyers: New York Condo Lawyers

- You agree on a price for the Condo.
- Call us and provide our information to your real estate agent (or give us your real estate agent's information)
- The seller's attorney (or sponsor's attorney in a new construction) prepares a contract of sale.
- We review the contract, the offering plan and the financial statements of the building.
- We discuss everything with you and make changes (if necessary).
- You sign the contract. We mail the contract to the seller's attorney.  The seller signs the contract.
- You apply for your mortgage.
- We order a title search to make sure there are no hidden liens against the condominium unit.
- Once your mortgage is approved, we schedule the Closing.
- We attend the Closing.

Sellers: New York Condo Attorneys

- You agree on a price for the Condo.
- You contact our closing lawyers and provide us with the information we request (names, address, price, etc.)
- Our attorneys prepare a contract and send it to the buyer's attorney for review.
- The buyer signs the contract first.  You sign the contract.
- The buyer applies for a mortgage.
- We obtain a waiver of the right of first refusal from the Condo Board.
- Once the buyer is approved, we schedule a Closing.
- We attend the closing.
