- The seller's attorney prepares a contract of sale.
- We review the contract, the offering plan and the financial statements of the building.
- We discuss everything with you and make changes (if necessary).
- You sign the contract. We mail the contract to the seller's attorney.  The seller signs the contract.
- You apply for your mortgage.
- You apply to the Coop Board
- We order a lien search to make sure there are no hidden liens against the coop and no judgments against the seller.
- Once your mortgage is approved and you are approved by the board, we schedule the Closing.
- We attend the Closing.
